 Private Eyes Investigations & Security Services was founded by former Detroit Police Officer, Dennis Sroka. During the first half of his career as a Police Officer, he was responsible for investigating major crimes. He and his crew were responsible for arrests in many publicized cases of murder, robbery and rape suspects. After many years of serving his community, Dennis followed his passion for detective work and joined the private sector as a Security and Private Investigations specialist. He went on to work security for many major functions including the Republican National Convention in Detroit, the Detroit Grand Prix, the Novi Expo Center, numerous sporting events, rock concerts and personal celebrity security services. His credentials include special event security such as the North American International Auto Show, The Detroit Boat Show and many other events at Detroit’s Cobo Hall. His services have ranged from personal security for private companies as well as numerous celebrities. During this time he saw a need to upgrade the private investigation and security industry into the 90’s, which would bring highly trained professionals into the field to replace the untrained, part-time, second job security guard. Thus in 1993 he founded Private Eyes Investigations and Security Services.
